I have tried to design a home that would not only be comfortable (new beds and pillows) but would be the kind of place writers would truly enjoy. Pull a book off the shelf for inspiration, take a walk on the beach at sunrise, and then find your ideal spot for writing the day away. Will it be in front of a crackling fire, staring out to sea, or squirreled away at one of three writing desks? The best part is that it is all up to you. Make your own plan– the place is all yours!

A quick summary of the layout:
The first floor has two living rooms*, 2 fireplaces, an open kitchen, a dining table, and a full bath.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: a King that has a balcony overlooking the ocean, a room with 2 twin beds, a cozy little room with a full-sized bed, and a full bath.
*one of the living rooms has a queen-sized pull out couch in front of a fireplace, and can be fully closed off from the rest of the house for privacy.
